Safety First

Some part of my brain is permanently dedicated to tilted-head characters, and I have no idea why.

With this piece, the hard part was deciding what the girl was holding between her hands. At first glance, it looks awfully like a fish. But the flower-like shape was too interesting to ignore, so I followed it — and it turned into a cage. Naturally, my cliché-loving mind joined the fun and slipped a sad heart behind the bars, wrapped in a seashell. Because, well, better safe than sorry, right? Hence the title.
